  • Payment: Payments are processed via our third-party payment providers. By confirming a booking, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • User Cancellations: Each club may have its own cancellation window (e.g., 24 hours before the start time). If you cancel within this window, you may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to the club’s specific policy.
  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a booked session without prior cancellation may result in a full charge without the possibility of a refund.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
